Tournament is played on a 2-legs tie with 3 points for a Win and 1 for a Draw. No points for a Lost. The final league standing of the team will base on the points. The team with the highest point will win the league.
If there is a tie;
1.
Head to Head result in the league will decide the winner.
2.
Still a tie , a play-off will be played between the 2 teams to decide winner.
3.
If a tie is between 3 or more teams

Goal difference
3.2.
Goals Scored
will decide which team gain the right to go for the play-off Final.
All FIFA rules apply. Except for :
1.
Substitution-. Only 9 rolling subs @ any period of time
2.
Yellow Card- Will not be carried forward for the next game
3.
Red Card – Player will be suspended for 1 game
4.
Yellow Card- 1pts, Red Card- 3pts
5.
The team with the least points will win the Fair Play Award.
5.1.
If a tie, Team with least Red Card wins.
5.2.
Still a tie, League standing will decide the winner
